Interfax was my very first client I did freelance work for. We connected through 99 Designs I posted several different business card designs among other competitors and my design became a finalist. Later I received a message saying mine was chosen. That was exciting! We (the client and I) spent the rest of the month, modifying the design to its final form you see below.
EatNGage was my second freelance client. We connected through the my first client, Interfax I worked with my original client and with the EatNGage rep to come up with several designs. After a few weeks of different designs and modifications to the designs we finalized the design below.
PC Engineers is a small MEP engineering firm I currently work for. We needed a new website design since the last design was fairly dated. It looked like it was from the early 2000s. Researching competitors websites allowed me a fair understanding of what the content should be. Most were somewhat outdated as well, so I decided on a more contemporary design. Since this is a Columbus, Ohio grown business, I used a shot of the downtown area for the landing page.
They are actually the dentist I goto. There website is fairly out of date so I decided to give it a redesign for practice. I haven't been brave enough to ask them if they like it. Oh well, good practice regardless. I chose a redbrick background since they are in the heart of Clintonville, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio They also have unfinished red brick walls on the inside.
To Do List is a small app I created as a learning tool for local memory.
It uses jquery to give it some fancy usability.
You can select a due date and drag and drop each task to the appropriate list.
Idea Board is a localized page that can store a list of "ideas".
Add, remove, modify. Simple and easy to use.
This was a little doodle I started inspired by contemporary architecture. The doodle was in by no means accurate but I posted it to r/Architeture for a critique and the feedback was pretty awesome. So I continued to improve the drawing and this is the result. The idea behind the building is a weekend house in the woods somewhere. More functional and a place to get away than a place for entertaining and living Now for the record, this is not an accurate depiction of how I would present an architectural plan. I'm not an architect, however I did study architecture and receive a certification in the subject. This is just a practice/concept piece
Below are a few of my art pieces
